Hands down she was a very good agent, as she went about her business of selling my home. She has many strong points...but I think I liked the way she closes a deal at the 11th hour. Very strong and firm in negotiations.

I finally purchased a home after 3 months of waiting!!! The process was long and stressful. It was stressful because I was dealing with an impatient and demanding seller. In addition to the seller there were a lot of people involved because of the down payment assistance.Through out the process Neshia was able to deter the seller from walking away from the deal several times. Overall she was a great person to work with. She was aggressive when she needed to be and also encouraging.

We did our closing long distance & had conserns about the house being emptied of the previous owners things. Neshia checked the house & worked with the previous owners agent to see that everything was removed, she even took the trash to the curb for us. After closing she helped find us someone to clean the house from top to bottom before we returned to Florida. Since closing Neshia has kept in touch & continues to be our go to person when we need assistance with questions about the area or who to contact for help.
